Earl Nightingale’s presentation (split into two parts) concerning your boss, who is, in fact, your customer. The adage “The customer is always right” sums it up, however, Earl Nightingale thoroughly discusses the philosophy behind it, it’s tangible importance to us and the results of ignoring this important fact of commerce.

It is well worth listening to, particularly since Earl Nightingale was such an intelligent and well spoken speaker.  Furthermore, you can hear Napoleon Hill’s philosophy underlying it as well.

Also, consider this two part video with regard to E. Hubbard’s “A Message to Garcia“.

Many of the classic books in the “Personal Development” genre are available on the Integrated Success Program web-site.
